Potomac Greens Environmental Impact Statement, Alexandria, Virginia:
An environmental impact statement prepared for the National Park Service. Sympoetica evaluated developer proposals from a land use/zoning, recreational and visual impact standpoint and prepared alternatives to those proposals for a key 38-acre site adjacent to the George Washington Memorial Parkway and Daingerfield Island on the Potomac River, north of Alexandria, Virginia.

GSA Site Evaluation Studies, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, & Washington, D.C.:
Environmental, land use and zoning analyses of major private sector development proposals for several significant federal employment centers, including: the Navy Consolidation (3 million square feet; 8 alternative sites in Northern Virginia); the IRS Headquarters Consolidation (1.2 million square feet; 8 alternative sites in Prince George's County, Maryland); the FCC National Office Consolidation (300,000 square feet; 7 alternative sites in Washington, D.C.), the Department of Transportation (1.0 million square feet) and the Patent and Trademark Office (2.0 million square feet).

National Museum of the American Indian Environmental Assessment, Washington, D.C.:
Phoebe Kilby, while a Senior Associate at EDAW, Inc., managed the preparation of this environmental assessment addressing the impacts of the Smithsonian's newest museum on the National Mall to be located adjacent to the U.S. Capitol and National Air and Space Museum.

James Madison University College of Integrated Science and Technology Campus Master Plan and Environmental Impact Report, Harrisonburg, Virginia:
Phoebe Kilby, while at EDAW, Inc., prepared the Environmental Impact Report and participated in the development of the Master Plan for this new campus of 3,500 students on a 117-acre site in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
